My name is Matthew Franco, nick named MatFranc by my friends (but you can just call me Matt), and I live in the beautiful city of Lewiston in Maine.
In this website I’m gonna be sharing with you some very cool tips and knowledge about everything related to sports, training, music and off-course basketball.
I’m 35 years old and I have a lot of knowledge and experience in these fields which I accumulated throughout the years, and I’m giving it here for you free.
My life has been an amazing rollercoaster of ups and downs, highs and lows and some amazing life lessons along the way.
One of the best lessons has been getting to the point where I’ve learned that my own happiness is a priority and that I can’t always please everyone. I’ve learned that not everyone is going to like you, but focus on doing what makes you happy and surround yourself with like minded people that motivate and push you to be better.
And to those that don’t support me and to those that try bringing me down.. well my message is loud and clear and given with a smile.. I don’t care!
