Method of Payment and Fees

 

1.    $                as a nonrefundable Deposit paid at the time of the execution of this contract;

2.   The Balance,                      , shall be due on or before the starting time.

3.   The Rental Fee for the Performance or Heritage Halls pays for a 4-hour period of use.  If the 4-hour period is exceeded during the event, a $20 fee per hour of use will be assessed. 

4.    If setup time in the Performance or Heritage Halls is scheduled (outside the 4-hour period of use) during non-business hours, a $20 fee per hour will be assessed.  There will be no assessed fee for setup time during business hours from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. 

 

Rehearsal

A two-hour rehearsal is included in the rental fee.  The rehearsal will be scheduled not to interfere with other scheduled events at The Center.

Receptions in Heritage Hall

Maximum seating capacity is 300.  The Center does not provide catering, only the hall, tables, chairs and kitchen.  The kitchen has limited capacity.  Typically, the wedding party will contract with a catering service, who'll prepare the meals offsite and use the kitchen as a station to serve and, on occasion, 'warm' the meals.

 

Piano

A Steinway Grand Piano - Model D is included in the rental fee. 

Piano Care and Tuning

Prior to use, the user will receive instruction on care and use of the Piano by the Event Manager.  If tuning of the Steinway is required, the user must contract with Mel Fletcher [783-9210] or his designee.
